Events & Operations Manager

At KOKS, we believe in the magic of the great outdoors. We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Events & Operations Manager to be the cornerstone of our camping events. This role is a unique blend of project management, guest relations, and on-the-ground leadership. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our events—from initial booking to the final pack-down.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute camping events from conception to completion.
- Oversee campsite operations, ensuring safety and high service standards.
- Manage equipment stock counts, maintenance, and preparation.
- Lead and motivate a small team of staff and volunteers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring incredible memories.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Relevant qualification or experience in Tourism, Hospitality, or Project Management.
- Proven ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
- A genuine love for the outdoors (role involves physical activity in nature).
